>> The balance of the tour cost must be received by us a minimum of 60 days
prior to the departure date. After receipt of payment in full, you will 
receive airline tickets, travel information, etc. within 3 weeks by registered
mail.

>> CONDITIONS:
Gemma's Travel shall only act as agents for the tour members in making
arrangements for air transportation. G&F Tours, and it's advertisers, assume
no liability whatsoever, for any illness, injury, damage, death,loss, accident
or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of any
hotel, air carrier, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour,
or by an act of God.  Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or
delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine,
government restraints, weather or other causes. No responsibility is accepted for 
any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or
authority.  The payment for a reservation on the trip shall constitute consent to
all provisions in the conditions. Cancellation 30 or more days prior to date of
trip = 50% refund, 15-29 days prior to trip = 40% refund, 14 days or less
= 25% refund.  24 hours before departure date = No Refund. All Cancellations must
 be handled by certified mail, day of receipt will be considered the cancellation
date.

I hereby agree not to have any sexual contact with anyone under the age of 18
years, and to abide by all U.S. Thai and Philippine laws.
